I Tried These Home Remedies For Weight Loss & See What Happened After 2 Weeks

Weight loss is a really a hard task to achieve but not impossible one. Hard work and dedication leads you to your fitness goals. Weight gain and obesity has become common issues nowadays in people of almost every age. The reason is sedentary lifestyle, bad eating and sleeping habits, hormonal imbalance, genetic issue, medications, lack of physical activity, etc.

Weight gain, being overweight or obese is not only affecting your looks but also risky for your overall health like it increases the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, stroke, cancer, reduces life span, etc. So it is important to maintain healthy weight to live a happy and healthy life.

Lemon Juice & Honey

The old age method and a very effective home remedies for weight loss. You need to take a glass of warm water and add lemon juice of half lemon and 1-1 ½ tablespoon of honey. Drink on an empty stomach every morning. You can also add pinch of black pepper.


Cinnamon

Cinnamon tea a great one to sip for weight loss, you need to take 1 cup of water and bring it to boil. Now put powder of 1 cinnamon stick in a cup and add water, let it steep for 15-20 minutes. Drink the mix 1-2 times in a day. You can also add 1 tablespoon honey.


Apple Cider Vinegar

ACV is a great and an effective home remedies for weight loss. You need to mix 2 teaspoon of raw ACV into a glass of water and drink in the morning before meal. You can also drink it the other way by adding 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a glass of water.


Bottle Gourd Juice


Bottle gourd is rich in fiber and its juice is really effective for weight loss. So you need to peel and grate bottle gourd to squeeze juice out of it then add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and consume. It is best thing to consume when you feel urge of having snacks.




Fennel Seeds


Again an effective home remedies for weight loss, fennel seeds are good to consume and it do not have any side effects. Soak 1-2 tablespoon fennel seeds in a cup of water few hours and boil it to make tea Strain and drink this tea 15-20 minutes before having meal it curbs the appetite.




Green Tea
It is good to drink 2-3 cups of green tea in a day or especially after your big meals. But remember not to drink much. Take one herbal green tea bag and add into a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes and drink. You can also add 1 tablespoon ginger juice and honey into it.



Indian Plum (Jujube Leaves)


Again one of the best home remedies for weight loss. Indian plum or Jujube Leaves is very effective in reducing weight; you need to soak few leaves in water for overnight. Next morning strain and drink that water on an empty stomach.




Water

Water is a best solution to prevent any of the disease and best way to reduce weight naturally. You need to keep yourself hydrated to get that fit body shape. Drink about 8-10 glass of water in a day to reduce weight. If you had anything oily or fried have 1 cup of warm water after an hour.

These are the best way to reduce weight and apart from it add these food ingredients in your diet for weight loss like tomatoes, cabbage, asparagus, papaya, apples, carrot, cucumber, yogurt, peach, cayenne pepper, parsley, cranberries, curry leaves, etc.

Lifestyle: It is important to change your lifestyle like sleep on time and take full 7-8 hours of sleep, avoid waking up till late, avoid much consumption of caffeine, alcohol and smoke, keep electronic gadgets away 1 hour before sleeping, engage yourself in physical activities, keep stress at bay, etc.

Eating habits: It is very much important to watch your diet like eat small and frequent meals for weight loss, eat balanced and healthy diet, do not skip breakfast, keep yourself hydrated, eat 3-4 hours before going to bed, avoid mid night snacks, avoid junk foods and carbs, etc.
   
Exercising: Your food always matter but to accompany it for weight loss it is important to do exercising and workouts. Engage yourself in 20-30 minutes of physical activity start from walking, aerobics, jogging and slowly hit the gym. You can also try swimming, outdoor games and dancing session for weight loss.
